Our Top Projects for 2022
We are looking forward to another exciting year for Complete Façade Solutions (CFS) in 2023 and to build on the success we had in 2022. And what a year we had in both our façade cladding installation team as well as via our fabrication services provided through our sister company, CFS Fabrication!
If you missed some of our announcements this year, then this is the blog for you. Our team has picked out their favourite projects and compiled them into our annual Top Projects list for 2022. We hope that you enjoy this annual recap.

Goulburn Marketplace – as we have mentioned before, we are big fans of using Corten Steel when we can on construction projects. It has many benefits not least that it creates a truly unique exterior façade. No two buildings will look the same as the Corten product ages in a unique way depending on external factors such as sunlight, weather etc. The Goulburn Marketplace project required us to install not only Corten Steel but also Vitradual 3mm solid aluminium panels and American Pine woodgrain panels from the James Hardie Matrix cladding collection. Sydney City Toyotas – we had to include a car showroom project in our Top 2022 list as these are a particular specialism of ours! The Sydney City Toyota cladding installation services we provided were across two separate locations, one in Glebe and one in Waterloo. As with all of the other car showroom projects we have completed over the 10+ years we have been working in the construction industry, read this blog for further details. The two Sydney City Toyota showrooms were a perfect example of how the exterior façade plays a significant role in conveying the brand experience to customers and potential buyers.

Club Central (Illawarra Catholic Club) – Club Central (formerly known as the Illawarra Catholic Club), is a community club that provides dining and entertainment activities. Our role in this construction project required the installation of 2500m2 of solid aluminum panels to the exterior façade.
In addition, the 3mm solid aluminium Vitradual panels were fabricated in-house by our sister company, CFS Fabrication Services. This included the fabricating of the curved panels required for the external pillars on the building . Find out more about this project here.
Bunnerong Road, Sydney (Reclad Project) – reclad and facade rectification projects are still a large part of the work we are doing at CFS. This project at Bunnerong Road was singled out by our team for the list this year. Even though it was not one of the biggest, it was one of our favourite projects to work on. As we mentioned in this blog reclad projects can be challenging and everyone is different, however, Bunnerong Road was a masterclass for us in façade cladding remediation and how things can go smoothly.
